When we take on activities and roles that don\u2019t fit our greater purpose, anxiety arises and an imbalance erupts in our hearts. When we align ourselves with the vibe of busyness we can get burned out, uncontrollably stressed and off the path of our vision. We all go through a roller coaster of being overwhelmed and not knowing which way is up. The vision to improve the lives of others serves as the forefront to our motivation. It recharges us during moments of challenges and reconnects us.<\/p>\n
