The Power of Vulnerability
I worked with Kris Martinez, owner and creative director of Martinez Creative Group, several years ago when I was at Kraft Foods. She designed a beautiful campaign for a product I was working on, and we’ve kept in touch ever since. “The Power of Vulnerability” appears in the summer 2019 issue of Enterprising Women magazine, where Kris shares her perspective on opening up about past mistakes and how admitting when you were wrong isn’t easy. But when you start to look at failure as just another part of business, then learning to fail better helps you to move faster.
When we learn from our mistakes, we can build on that information and be prepared for even bigger success in the future.
